Perproxy is a common HTTP proxy server that allows you to share your internet connection with other computers.
If you have a local network and only one or only few computers have direct Internet access, this service makes sharing on the web with computers that do not have direct access
Run a proxy server only on a computer that has direct connections and among other computers, the proxy name or IP address in their web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera etc) is indicated.
