i-lock

I-Lock is a software application that allows you to secure and encrypt your USB portable drive files.

Copy your USB / Thumb Drive I-Lock Once you copy your to disk and click the I-Lock icon to launch the application.

You will be presented with a settings box. You need to set these settings to encrypt your thumb drive files and keep your files safe. This way you will always be asked for a username and password to start iLock.

You can still open the drive which is not encrypted but you will have to use iLock to access any files on your thumb drive and you need to know the username and password to start the program.

Once given, the file will decrypt and it will open in the corresponding program. When you set up your settings you use a code for encryption that you remember.

In addition, if you remove the settings file from your pen drive, then you will not be able to open your encrypted files unless you can re-enter the same encryption code while using your settings.
