Traffic Shaper XP

Traffic Shoppy XP is a tool that lets you set rules to limit the bandwidth used by various apps.

Using a special protocol, port, and connection (upload or download) can set the rules for a particular computer on the network.

To manage traffic to a local network, Traffic Shaper XP should be installed on every computer on each network, or at a very short time in your network service.

First of all, Traffic Shapers listed all open network connections. Then, from the 'Properties' tab in the pop-up menu, you can access a history feature that reviews the traffic volume created by each application.
