Actually it's a very simple application that has been created with open source and with which you can chat with your IRC server and the program will serve as a complete client without installing the MICC application on your system.

This program has tons of advanced features that can now be printed on classic MIRCs, such as a favorite channel list, automatic banned, direct access to the Whois command, server list etc.

Plus, the entire look and feel of the program can be fixed with configuration options, by which you can define background colors, text colors, and other elements.
