Java Jarnal ruled that an application developed and wrote on a piece of paper which, being painted freehand you would on a piece of paper to make a real simulates that.
A pencil and a highlighter: It has two main drawing tools. Choose the color and the thickness of a pencil and started to draw. Only lets you change the color highlighter. Other tools include a rubber and text.
PDF, HTML, and JPEG images in them, you can export the results in various formats. If you want, you even Jarnal a local network can be used as a collaborative blackboard.
