MiComic Maker application gives you the ability to create all sorts of cartoons and comics is a simple to use. It includes tons of ready-made drawings and memes and lets you add your own speech bubbles.

The process is very easy to create cartoons. You can only use images you have (or use the ones that are already included in the application) and you want to upload them to play with. “Perspective view of the scene and work out a few characters that you do not need a picture.
