ArtStudio is a simple way of an application to apply effects to photos and still allow movement of digital images.
The movement of water, rain, snow, smoke, and more, which will give life to your photos: You can apply different kinds of effects.
Once you create a finished, a picture (BMP, PNG, JPG,), an animation (SWF, GIF), an executable (EXE's) or the screen as (SCR,) save it as your default screen as a photo set.
