A 3D molecular viewer developed with Java
Jmol is a cross-platform Java based program that lets you see the three-dimensional perspective of the chemical structure. With this, atoms that form chemical compounds can be seen from almost any angle.
Jmol includes a desktop tool (Jmol) and a browser extension (JmolApplet) so that no matter where you look at any particular molecular stretcher
With jmol you can create web pages from submitted files and add notes to a 3D view, measuring the size of it, its symbol, its number, and the names of the chemicals that represent them.
You can animate and vibrate the molecular structure, as well. Jmol can create the following output formats: JPG, PNG, PPM, PDF, and PovRay.
