PDFTK Creator is a small tool that lets you make some
changes to PDF documents. Specifically, the PDF creator can combine multiple
PDFs, and the lines of the pages included from each point will be indicated.
It is also possible to restrict the edits that other users
make to the file. If you want to prevent your content from being copied, you
can untick the corresponding box. You can do the same to prevent users from
printing, changing information, changing, etc. It is also possible to restrict
who can open the document to add passwords.
