Vector graphics for chemical compounds
BKChem is a vector graphics application that develops in Python, allowing you to create a schematic representation of a chemical compound by hand.
Joint editions are really easy, thanks to bond-by-bond drawings and limitations in their length and corners. It supports linear formulas, charges and radicals.
You do not need to draw every single compound by hand; BKChem includes the default models of benzene, purine, cycloopentadine, cyclopeneten, and cycloheptane.
You can export models made with BKChem in different sizes like SVG, Open Office Draw, ODF, PDF, PNG, CML, CML2, Mofis, Smiles and Encapsulated Postscript.
