This lets you create EXEs that do not require run-time, from an accessible interface that is similar to a word processor. Another standout feature is web browsing from a built-in browser. It is associated with creating CGI programs for dynamic websites, supporting Pulsar 3.0 databases and explaining DLL to run VPBasic from their own language.
