With the alpha icon creator, you can use alpha resampling to create alpha channels 32-bit icons on multiple sizes from single bitmap source images, so that you can create smart-downed images with smooth, mixed hair.
Choose a bitmap that you want to make regular icons to create. If you want, choose background color to be transparent. Then choose the icon size you want to create, a file name for the icon and click next, and the image is resampled and the icon is created.
