TipCam
TipCam is a desktop application that allows you to capture the video on your screen and share the video capturing on the Internet.
Files created using TipCam can be uploaded as .flvs on your hard drive and in UTIIP to the social network, where all programmers share their captures and comment on them.
TipCam is powerful enough as a video recorder. You can zoom in on a part of the screen and at the same time you can take notes on the fly and present them on your recorded video.
It simply does not capture the image, but you can also advertise and describe a microphone. Finally, it gives you a key offer that lets you control the record without using Tipusam interface.
TipCam can take remote screenshots even using a VNC connection. Be sure to configure the frame number and image quality per second before starting recording.

The program inclues a toolbar for Internet Explorer whose installation is optional.
