Open Video Capture
Open Video Capture is an useful application housed in a simple interface which lets you capture video from any device.
Open Video Capture offers you one of the simpliest ways of extracting video from any webcam, TV tuner, digital video, digital still camera and, in general, any other digital device.
Open Video Capturer lets you choose the compression codec for the output file, the order size and audio settings. In addition you will be able to extract still images from videos.And if you have a TV tuner, you will be able to program it. Choose the codec, set your preferences and capture the videos you like the most.
