If you are among the lucky ones, the Blu-ray Disc Recharge in Blu-ray player is an application for Windows that allows you to backup Blu-ray discs.
You need to use two other tools, dumpedweed and AACS keys to get a unique volume. It is not possible to decode the disc without a unique volume.The Blu-ray disc repair can remove the region code in the DVD so that the DVD can be used on any system.
