Pixlr
The pixel is a web-based photo-editing application similar to desktop programs like Adobe Photoshop or GIMP.
The program lets you upload images from your PC, start a new project from a URL address or scratch.
It's pretty much like Photoshop, not just its appearance but also its features: Unmatched ability to navigate through changes, to apply layer, use layering, edit history, layers style, synchronize, and navigate through filters. Rasterization of layers, curve color combinations etc.
Keyboard shortcuts are similar to Photoshop, such as function control for programs.
By providing all this, Pixlr becomes one of the main web-based options of the traditional photo-editing program.
