TiltShift Generator is a photo editor for free iPhone and iPod Touch that lets you apply different colors and blurring effects to your photos.

With blur options, you can soften the part of the photo so that they appear far or away beyond focus, when the color options allow you to adjust brightness, saturation, and contrast.

Once you've finished adjusting the image, you can save them again in your Apple device's memory, and after that you export them to your computer.
