Nessus

Regardless of the operating system installed on the machine, Nessus is a platform tool for network administrators to check for security spat on a local network or personal computer.

It does this by trying to detect the presence of a series of known vulnerabilities which is part of a broad plugin database.

Users can set their own security policies according to their requirements, they do not affect areas that they can delete, so they do not affect networks that work on. For example, if you have a Microsoft Windows network, you can get rid of analysis for UNIX vulnerabilities.

Plugin tab under the option to edit all resources related to Nessus process and various operating systems, network protocols, firewalls, SGBD etc. or to create a policy list.
